My daughter bought a new Chrysler 200 2015 in August,since then it has been with them more than my daughter has had it.This is the 3rd time since my daughter bought her car,that they have had it. They tell us it is chryslers fault,because of all the recalls. We also found out that before she bought her car there was a recall on it and it was supposedly fixed,which we know it wasn't. I think they have had my car now for three or more weeks and every time we call Mike has no idea when they can start on it. Beware that's all I can say I'll try to keep you posted on this on going saga.
I just got my new Jeep Cherokee Limited & my sales rep was AMAZING!!!! I couldn't have asked for better. But... The service department when I dropped my car off for the rust proof was rude & not friendly. I was told I would be called when done. I finally called & they told me oh yea it's back. But we close at 5 so.... I had 10 mins to rush down to pick up my car. Then I had to return the rental. I told whom ever I spoke to that its not the best customer service to do stuff like that.
