11 AM appointment. Checked in at 1048. 3 people who were walk ins were being treated. Patiently waited until noon and was told the doctor was training a new MA how to run the X-Ray machine and the front desk girl said an hour is a usual wait. Placed in exam room at 1230. There were 2 others that came in while I was waiting. Treated by the NP for my usual fall sinus infections. Only reason I went there is that I’m in the area on a work contract and I’m from a thousand miles away.

Sadly the staff was very rude. They have signs at the doors letting you know that they will not tolerate rudnes and they will ask you to leave. However, the stuff will not great you or make you feel welcome, they barely look at you when anseering questions. They asked me to wait in the car for a covid test for traveling. I waited for 3 hours and did not get a phone call so I left. They said I must wait there until they call. I got there at 11:30am and they call me at 7:30pm. Seriously? 7 hour wait?
