if i could give no stars i would, the receptionist is absolutely horrible! went there today because ive been feeling dizzy, she acted like it wasn’t a problem to see a doctor. my husband had to leave work to take me so i had forgot to ask the nurses for a dr note for him and so i asked the receptionist and she closed the window thinking i couldn’t hear her and said “she needs a dr note for her husband, boyfriend, baby daddy, whatever he is” in a smart tone. then when the phone rang she sighed and hollered back to the nurses ... read more
Receptionist is nice idk if it’s the nurses tone or something but she comes off a rude and talks to you as if you were a child like do your job and stop talking like everything is a problem (2 stars because I feel bad for the receptionist and the real nurse or else it would be a zero)
If i could give NO stars i definitely would!! I would rate 0 stars if it was an option. Me and my 2 children have been to this urgent care a couple times and never had the best experience. But this time just confirmed that we will never be going back again. So yesterday my daughter got a very bad sprained ankle and was having some trouble walking so I took her to get an x-ray and they didn’t find anything so they wanted to send her back the next day.
