I would like to thank Ivan Lupian for coming out to service our HVAC systems and discussing all of the available options we had to choose from. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, extremely professional. We decided to go with a new install for both systems, as ours was already 21 years old. Joe was wonderful! He was courteous and efficient.
Had an ac tuneup today. Senior tech Chris Hayes met me at the front door on time and with a cheerful attitude. I knew right away that this guy loves his job. After explaining the tuneup procedure Chris jumped right to it. He is extremely knowledgeable in the HVAC field. He showed me a few things as he was conducting his tests. Chris Hayes was my tech. He not only was right on time but pleasant and professional in his working with me. He took great care of my system being careful not to disturb plants or anything else in the way. I would recommend him and will ask for him by name when next I need service. This is my second time with Climate Care and both times have been a pleasure. If your looking for HVAC service call them.
Richard Samkas, of the Manteca office has been to our home twice now to service our heater and air conditioner.
