Community care is the worst practice I've ever been to. They are extremely unprofessional and will literally gain up against their patients. They put out all this propaganda that they care, but if they cared about their patients and their mental health, they wouldn't treat people badly
This used to be a wonderful practice up until 3 years ago. Since then, primary care providers cycle through like a revolving door. Their phone number leads you to a service that should have a person you can talk to, but instead is routinely left on “Office Closed” where messages are left and never returned. I have called at 9 am, 10 am and 1 pm in the afternoon with the automated line stating the office is closed on a weekday. Recommendedthey are very good if you are sick they're going to find out what the problem is even if it's a lot of tests that you have to go through they going to make sure they going to find out what is wrong with you get to the bottom of your problem
Shit the worst place a patient can ever be! I wouldn't recommend this facility to anybody with issues that if you just want your issues to be worked out they just gonna make it a even bigger issue then you already got

RecommendedDr.Mehta is a very compassionate and caring doctor. I have been going there for 17 years now with my Children. She listens to my concerns and always is very thorough when it comes to a resolution. The other providers are always there when she is not, which is excellent as I know my children are getting the best care. I would reccomend this office as the Pediatrician's, nurses and staff are all very Friendly and compassionate.

Malone has been in my family since my daughter was a baby and that's going on almost 15 years ago he treats my son now and all the staff and everybody are just so awesome they care about everybody's wants and needs and they make sure to get down to what's going on with the children and their best needs

After one particularly urgent matter, she and her team arranged for a specialist to set me within a few hours and avoid an emergency room visit.
