RecommendedDr.Mehta is a very compassionate and caring doctor. I have been going there for 17 years now with my Children. She listens to my concerns and always is very thorough when it comes to a resolution. The other providers are always there when she is not, which is excellent as I know my children are getting the best care. I would reccomend this office as the Pediatrician's, nurses and staff are all very Friendly and compassionate.
His is the second time I’ve had to call your on call for my baby not feeling well. First time it took 4 calls and an half and half later to have an on call doctor call me back!!!!! Today I’ve been waiting now almost 2 hours and 4 calls to have an on call doctor call me back!!!! I’m HIGHLY considering on leaving your practice due to this!! This is absolutely ridiculous
My kids have been seeing doctor Wise for 10 years now. She is the best pediatrician in the capital district. They absolutely love and trust her.
Dr Compa is the most amazing pediatric Dr ever
terrible went to report a phone nurse and thry said i could.no longer go there, took 2 months to speak with higher ups and then bbb and insurance companies and they make ppl with medicaid go to visits when they can send a script to pharmacy for simple medication thats you could buy at walmart you have to sit for a hour before Being seen and 30 Mins in room before being seen just redicouls Terrie experience dont go there...
We absolutely love Dr. Mehta and Katie! My son has been seen here since he was a newborn. They both have always been very caring and responsive to our concerns. We are always promptly brought back to a room with minimal wait times. We have had to make multiple same day sick appointments over the last three years and are always accommodated and taken seriously. The front office and nursing staff are also extremely helpful and kind to us!
My children have been going to this office for two years, while the care of my children is great here! But the wait times are very long, waiting in the waiting room for over an hour after my daughters schedules appointment and then another 45 in the exam room.
While I love our pediatrician, Dr. Wise, I cannot understand being at the Dr.’s office with a newborn for over two hours. We have been seeing Dr. Wise for over two years with two babies, she is very compassionate, gentle and genuine. We have tried to look past the unusually long wait times, but after today we’ve just had it.
