all gloss – great patio. average food. not worth it . Staff was nice but food so-so. would not go there to eat again.
The perfect hideway – I have nothing but good things to say about the Cliff's Edge. We went for brunch, were greeted warmly and seated promptly. Romantic setting with yummy food. I highly recommend it.
A little slow – This is a very charming spot, good for a little one on one or larger groups....the key here is a Zen like patience because the wait help is a bit tentative...I don't think it is ambivalence on their part....or just a miscommunication between the kitchen and the servers...but I had an appetizer for my entree, of cold cuts no less but it came out long after the entree's of filet mignon had been devoured. So take deep breaths before ordering.
HAPPY SETTING, SAD FOOD – This is the most beautiful setting for a meal, the garden feels like you're in a resort in Thailand or something. The menu looks great and the prices are surprisingly reasonable. Too bad the food is way UNDER-PAR - entrees all seem to be bland and oily, occasionally tasting like things they shouldn't. No wonder it's cheap. I've had a brunch and a dinner here and love the atmosphere - maybe next time they'll let me bring a picnic so I can enjoy the surroundings without having to deal with the cuisine... read more
