If I could give the con-artists ZERO stars I would!! They would not negotiate the price of the vehicle even when it was way over NADA blue book price. When we arrived they had it running and ready for us for a test drive, it ran nice and was clean with no visible rust. The only thing we didn't care for was the loud strange rubbing sound we heard when we turned. We were told it was just the tread of the special type of tires it had on it. My experience with the body shop was great. The service was professional, efficient, and exactly the type of service you would hope to get when dealing with this type of situation. I was also given a loaner car while waiting for mine to be fixed. The repairs look flawless, I would definitly go there again. (I can't speak on prices, my insurance covered the cost.)
Body shop was overpriced compared with other body shops in the area.
Sales team is good; however, the service department is not good and is why I would not buy another new vehicle here. Had oil changed here and then changed oil myself after 3000 miles - used filter was very dirty and heavy. Extremely over tightened lug nuts on wheels after tire rotation. Used refurbished parts on a warranty job and then charged fee for "diagnostics" on a warranty repair. Would not recommend the service department at Anschuetz.
