Doctor Langford and Doctor H. Are the best , I would never take my children to any other hospital or these 2 doctors ever , very compassionate and caring and thoughtful. We have been going to Cleveland Heights for about 2 years now and while the doctors are great the overall customer service is extremely lacking. While we completely understand we are in very challenging times with COVID-19 I would think that is when your customer service would have the opportunity to shine and help customers. Just to try to schedule appointments has been an almost impossible task as when you call the phone number it just rings with no answer and no opportunity to leave a message.. From L. Duke. Kudos to the amazing staff at Cleveland Heights Animal Hospital for the remarkable and carrying treatment they recently gave my Shih Tzu . I was frantic when I brought him in with a serious eye infection/injury. The staff demonstrated much knowledge and concern and worked very hard to save his eye, all the while offering me encouragement. Unfortunately the eye could not be saved, But following surgery I returned home with the same little fellow I know and love. Thank you.
They were the least compassionate people, I took my dog there just for them to tell me my only option was to euthanize her. The So called veterinarian was googling and calling her counter parts as to what to do. She couldn’t even interpret th lab results or X-ray’s properly. My German was only 7 years old. Please don’t take your dog there.
