Worst Long Term Acute Care Clinic ever. Nurse can never be found or found in lounge eating peanut butter and don't wanna be bothered. Never knew what medications my dad was being given and had to "check the chart" .. it was a shit show. One of the Nurses named Linda should be fired for being confrontational and rude to family members and patients. She's a royal bitch.. I wouldn't take my sick dog to this place.
Every one was awesome..friendly from the janitors to the aids..doctors and receptionists..best food ever in the cafeteria..I know my my has the best treatment possible and Dr jeffery stanley and his team were phenomenal.
I Love This Place returning after 1999 #GreatStaff Convient EVERYTHING #FOOD while in Cleveland Clinic I saw outstanding history story that still makes me "SMILE" Bless Your HEART.
The care I received at Southpointe was top-notch ! Everyone here from doctors, nurses, and other caregivers were kind, respectful, responsive and caring. This hospital is the best !!
