Love the south pointe hospitals excellent doctor and nurses
I think it has the potential to be a great hospital. The doctors in the emergency room dept. Must learn to listen to the patients, stop making BLACK PEOPLE afraid to say narcotic pain medication works better than Tylenol. Also stop treating us like drug abuser's, no one wants to be in pain. The nurses needs better bedside manners not all the nurse's but quite a few!
I don't think my mother received the care she should have.
Good staff. I came in through the ER in ambulance. The crew was super nice. I was checked right away. I think two nurses checked on me regularly.
