I’m a healthcare provider and I have brought patients into this “hospital” and never before in any facility have I seen more unprofessional behavior. Nurses and nursing assistants arguing in the hallway over who’s taking the patient we’re bringing in(and other patients can hear this arguing while doctors ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN) is absolutely unacceptable. RecommendedWhen it comes to my medical care. South Pointe Hospital is a gastroenterology treasure. Being a GI specialty medical facility, the care here is far above the care I have received anywhere else I have received treatments, including the Mayo Clinic itself. I am forever grateful for the opportunity I have to be treated by the best in the United States, hands down. Thank you Dr's Cline, Kirby and the many others providing me with the state of the art care. You have changed my prognosis from a bleak outlook to one of hope.
poor customer service. been trying to schedule an appt for a week .I've left voicemails no returned calls. it's sad you have to walk into the office just to make an appointment.
some of the doctors aren't very nice and the nurse didn't even introduce herself to me i had to find out her name from hearing others talk to her, i came in because I blacked out at work they said on my paperwork they had no idea what was wrong with me charged 1000 dollars plus and didn't do anything for me.
The staff took great care of my mother during her emergency open-heart surgery.
