The management stole my kids strollers. I also never het the actual lease until 5 days after I moved. They are horrible in every aspect and they have roaches too
Management is horrible. Never expect any of your rights as a tenant to be fulfilled. They are always not in the office, not replying phones. They have microscopes of their terms you have to but when you talk about your rights, they don't care about it and they can take up to one week to get a reply, I was rushed to move in however, I never received my parking space until now
The manager, Kassandra Davis was efficient, polite and very knowledgeable about the unit she was showing. She was able to answer all of my questions about the property, of which there were many.
Ray did an excellent job with the replacement of my blinds for the balcony. Job was completed in least than two hours of request being made. Thank you Ray !
I have lived at Clermont Apartments for almost six years, and it has been a wonderful experience. The community here is very welcoming, and the location is fantastic; close to everything you could need. The staff are always helpful and responsive whenever issues arise, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant living environment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice place to call home!
