My husband and I just spent at least an hour waiting to pick up his glasses. Once he was fitted for his, I was to get replacement “arms” put on my glasses. I was told that when the other person returned from her lunch, she would take care of changing out the “arms”. Never will they get any more of my money! I’ll have to find another doctor. The girls that work where you take your prescription to and pick up your eyewear are to busy laughing and talking in there private room to wait on you like a professional.
One of the worst experience with doctor Sara Bopp. received wrong prescription from the doctor. Had the glasses made. Had to make another appointment with the same doctor due to Clemson eye policy. i would rather see another doctor!!! Waisted so much time and phone calls for wrong prescription. I never had any issues with other doctors. Very disappointed in how Clemson eye handled the situation without any caring and making sure to make it easy for me to get my new glasses. Staff and doctors are very friendly and professional. They get a 5 star! However, I have been there 3 times in the last month and each time it is over an hour wait to see the doctor. Scheduling is unacceptable so this drops overall rating.
Simpsonville, SC office: First eye doctor there seemed to want to get into my personal business on my first visit, so I changed docs. On second visit, I got prescriptions on 3 pair of glasses. I wanted to pay all up front, but now when the frames/lenses come in, I only get charged for two, which I am now getting email sent to me for the breakdown. Also, I was treated like an idiot, when I said the bifocal was too high. Had to say it 6 times...felt like glasses were being forced on me...To say the least, I'm not very happy.
Dr. Perumal located at Pelham Road recently did my eyelid surgery. I am very impressed with Dr. Perumal and his technique. I had very little swelling and bruising and the whole procedure was basically pain free. It was much better than I thought it would be. I had my stitches out a week after surgery and my eyes look great. Ready for make-up in another week. If you are in need of eyelid surgery, I would highly recommend Dr. Perumal. Also, the entire staff at the Pelham Road facility was wonderful to work with.
