RecommendedI had my daughter here 2 weeks ago (12/9/19). The entire staff is phenomenal. I am a first time mom and was very nervous but everyone made the experience wonderful. There wasn't a single person who helped us that wasn't absolutely amazing. Thank you so much to the doctors, nurses, anesthesiologists, lactation specialists, kitchen staff, cleaning staff, front desk employees and anyone else who was there for me, my baby and my husband. I don’t. I think patient service is non existent
I had both knees replaced this year. I had both surgeries at St Francis Eastside. Both times I had an excellent experience. The nurses, anesthesiologist.. everyone.. were top notch professionals. The hospital was very clean. If I have to be admitted to a hospital again, this is where I want to go.
Just had a total hip replacement and every single person I interacted with were very nice. I did didn’t run into one rude associate there. I’m a female, 5 ft tall, 105 lbs & 39 y/o. I arrived at 0530 & was home on my couch at 1800. I know I’m a rare case with going home the same day but it is a possibility.

I’ve been there twice, inpatient with a knee replacement, and a visit to the ER. I couldn’t have asked for better service with each one. It is the cleanest and most professional of any hospital we have. Greenvile Memorial has become such a conglomerate, you are just a number.
I was sent to the emergency room for pneumonia and was told I that I need to check into the hospital. Doctor came by to diagnosis me and walk away. Nurse comes in and takes blood and gives me 2 inhaler. After 3 hours the Nurse sends me home and tells me to go see my doctor. I didn't even talked with the doctor there to let me know what is going on with me. This place is a joke and filth.
