Terrible experience, I ordered a 390 engine rebuild kit, turns out my motor has been bored out .040 over, and I need 409 parts, these classy fellas won't let me swap out for the 409 parts, they keep saying, we'll call you back, never do. Also, asked for a performance cam, they sent me a work truck cam, these guys are garbage, steer clear.

Being a novice, I ordered a complete rebuild kit for a Jeep 4.0 adding extra costs for main bearing and cam upgrades to simplify my efforts.I received the kit in a timely manner. I received the main bearings but they were not the upgrade I had paid for, and I only received one connecting rod bearing. I contacted Cleggs and explained the situation. Bought a rebuild kit for a 92 Ford 4.9l 300. After rebuilding the engine and driving it for 3900 miles I had a bad misfire, come to find out it was a broken piston. Contacted the company and they told me it was due to detonation. I am a professional technician for a living and have never seen a piston break on the second ring land due to detonation. Makes systematic mistakes and continues to make mistakes when "addressing the original mistake". Also make minimalist efforts to correct the error. DO NOT bring your business here. They have no concept of customer service. Charged me premium price but gave me inferior service.

Engine Work Missing parts. Returned 2X to get my missing parts and they still did not give me all the parts for my engine. Called again and expressed frustration and asked for them to knock something off my bill. They refused. Very frustrating.

My car would not be the same if Tony hadn't been so good to it!! He is the go to guy to figure any problem! Clegg's should be right proud to have him! He is the reason I go! Great job!!
