Absolutely fabulous HVAC company. Have used them for installations, PM, and emergency services. Phenomenal people and felt very "at home" in a way where questions were allowed to be asked, no matter how dumb it sounded to me (the untrained user). Preventative maintenance on multiple furnaces, boiler unit, and come spring central air units. Installation on a new ceiling garage heater and water heater. Emergency services mid-January when the ignitor went out in a furnace unit.
Cleek charges the customer TRAVELING time from when they leave their shop till the plumber returns . That rate is at their labor rate of 175 dollars a hour, the highest in the area. I was charged 87.50 for travel of 8 miles each way. So much for Buy/Shop local. I was Not informed of that rate ,they say they did inform me . There is no way I would agree to that ,why there other plumbing Company's locally, they do charge a service call charge but their rates are in line with what is charged my the majority of local Plumbers - ... read more
Been using Cleek for several years, for plumbing, heating and air. They have fixed many issues and I have always been pleased with the results. Highly recommend them. Ryan is the the best for sure.
