I Thought All Janitor Services Were The Same! – Janitors are the same so just go with the lowest price. WRONG. I have learned this is JUST NOT TRUE. I have learned this over and over. Clearwater Building Maintenance has earned our trust and my loyalty. I will not bid out their services. I want their loyalty. I need their loyalty. Most people don't NEED a janitor, but it's definitely a service that makes my day a heck of a lot better.

You Don't Have To Follow Up With This Company – They promise consistency and they deliver. I called to make sure they were coming as scheduled. I soon learned this wasn't necessary. They are always one step ahead of me and take care of the cleaning before I even have a chance to bring things to their attention. They leave me notes! They tell me what needs attention, what needs fixin, and what they'll do on the next visit. This company even fixes things! And change filters! The best. Consistent Service! – The consistent service is wonderful, never have to worry about how the office will look like in the morning, especially if I have a meeting or important client coming in. Amazingly the staff handles last meeting requests perfectly!

Service Service Service – It is really hard to get good service. So when you get it you should embrace it. Don't let it go. People are too quick, sometimes they don't listen, and everything is rushed. I have had good luck with Shelly and Lorraine. They want to do what we want, what we need done. No complaints. Unbelievable Job – This company, led by the unbelievable Daryl Haskins, a well respected businessman himself, made my office sparkle. It literally looked like we had just gotten major renovations. My wife and all of my colleagues were stunned. I can't recommed this company enough, I've tried out many local cleaning companies for the cleaning of my business and this is head and shoulders above the others.
