Be very careful who you recommend to friends and family and who you entrust with your eyes (and sometimes your life)! If you are not knowledgable about certain medical disorders, you should put your pride aside and say so, instead of disregarding them and putting lives at risk. Sometimes "routines" need to be adapted per patient. Ask yourself what good you did the patient and if the patient is better off from seeing you. They are truly professionals. I am happy with every visit. Can't say enough.
Just wanted to say that i had a great experience today. Walked in and they got me right in on time for my appointment. Sarah and Amanda made me feel comfortable, and got me threw all the paper work and pre examine. Dr. Mcgann answered all my questions, and made me feel good about needing glasses to help with computer work. Angie did a great job helping me pick out a pair of frames, and explaining to me the different options i had. Thanks for a great experience!
I can't say enough good things about these people. Everyone from the receptionist to the men and women who ran the tests to all the doctors and the women that put the IVs in, they were just absolutely wonderful. The day I had this done ,on the way home I took my glasses off and was just amazed at the color I was seeing that I haven't seen for many years and I actually cried when I called my daughter and she thought something was horribly wrong and it wasn't it was happy tears. Sarah, Angie and Sharon were huge helps with my son and I picking out frames and guiding us through the process of getting contacts for the first time. Great experience and will be returning!
