Worst experience I’ve ever had at an eye doctor. I have a condition where the vision in one eye is very good and the vision in the other eye is poor. Because there is such a significant difference between my two eyes, wearing glasses actually interferes with my depth perception. Things like stairs can look distorted and appear much closer than they really are. Impossible to get a hold of, front desk staff acts like they have no idea what’s going on, and the office filled a $1000 prescription without my approval. Worst of all, when you call the office, you’re sent to some third-party call screening center and you can’t talk directly to anyone in the office because they “choose not to answer”, per the call screening center.
I went to this place back in 1999 and went the other day for an eye twitch - 3/12/26. They wanted me to do an eye examination after I've had LASIK for 20/20 vision. I went into a dark room with a very dark scope with letters on it that hasn't changed in 30 years !! They told me my vision wasn't 20/20 anymore ! Went to other optometrists that said they are not up-to-date on their stuff, because reading the eye chart at their place was a very white background with letters on it that I read perfectly !! This place has been charging me for a refraction I never agreed to, even though my insurance hasn’t covered it for the past two years. I’ve called multiple times to dispute the charge, but they have consistently refused to remove it. At first, I thought it was a mistake, but when it happened again, I realized it was a deliberate pattern. I will never return, as their practices are unlawful. Beware of this business and avoid them.
