Customer service is awful & I would stay away. I sent them a email & complaint to the Doctors with no response. I wish I could rate lower than one star.
I just had my LASIK surgery done yesterday (Friday 4/17) and woke up this morning seeing clear! Just left my post-op appointment and I am now seeing 20/15! Before LASIK I couldn't see 10 feet in front of me! I can't thank all of the staff at Clearview enough for their excellent customer service. I felt very comfortable through the entire process! Awesome experience. I had Lasik for both eyes. Everyone was very caring, personable and professional. If I had an extra set of eyes, I would not hesitate to bring them to Dr Feldman and her crew. Thank you.
I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to the entire staff at Clearview!!! I had the procedure done on Friday, March 6th and have to say the experience from the first exam to the post-op appointment was amazing!! I was given 3 exams/scans before the surgery just to be sure my vision was stable. I appreciate how thorough they were and how much care and attention to detail they put into me at Clearview!!
