At this point I don't know what to do with this law firm. No communication at all we haven't talked about anything ( says now we're just waiting on a court date) I haven't been contacted at all I have to call the office to get Mr.Clearfield to return my phone call. 4 minutes ago NEW I wouldn't recommend the law firm. If you are colored.Meaning people facing diversity.They have fast response when collecting a case. Talk to you while in line at Walgreens. Act has if the got your back. Just to take 2/3 of the money. Talking around you and don't answer questions,because now they are too busy. Once you sign over yes you can Rob me. They are absolute scam artist. No good. They actually lied directly to me. Trust me. I If there is ever in lif a time that you need a civil lawyer, email me. Ill point you in the right direction. RUN FAST!!! The attorneys at Clearfield and Kofsky are not working in the best interest of their clients. They will not communicate with you during your entire case, wont negotiate medical bills, will tax on frivolous charges on top of their percentage and drag your case out years; for peanuts. Everyone will win except the client. It’s despicable! I’ve dealt with several attorneys in the past and this place by far is the absolute worst. For me this is the Worst experience ever. No timely communication at all. They are all about making money for themselves not the client. I had that not at fault accident. At fault insurance contacted me that they gave 11000 to my lawyer on my behalf. It took me month before I could even reach out to someone to tell me where is my check. When I finally got it, me expecting they were going to charge me 40% which is already too high, I only got 3.320 out 11000.00. They charged me 4400 + 1800 for faxes & copies + other services... read more
