The greatest company you can ever work for.... period.
I called Mass Save months ago in order to have them come audit my home so I could apply for rebates and financing related to upgrading to more efficient heating and cooling in my house. They call three days before the appointment to tell me that sorry, they have to cancel because the "energy specialist" is not going to be available for that day and time (that was set up two months ago), but they can reschedule me for June. June? Really? I could understand if I was the one cancelling, but seriously - find someone else to come... read more

They don't even deserve one star. In in the process of reporting this false advertisement business to the BBB. And whoever else I come across on the way to report them to. They're also not very nice people to work with at ALL as well as extremely unprofessional.
