Horrible, horrible customer service. First, they called me on the day of my appt when I was already driving to cancel my appt because the Dr or nurse practioner that I was supposed to see called in sick. Mind you, I was coming from Riverside County so I had to turn back. Don't they have another Dr to cover? It took another month or so to get an appt. For the meantime, I went ahead & made an appt with another provider. So I then called the Clear Dermatology office to cancel my appt. Three times, a lady put me on hold without ... read more
