I barely sat down after signing in when I was called into the patient room. Dr Camouse stepped in and did my full body scan. Froze two items and I was done. She is always very pleasant. No waiting at all.
Dr. Camouse is an excellent doctor. She listens patiently and shows interest in your wellbeing. Her assistant and the front office staff are all top notch.
The front desk and doctors here are extremely unprofessional. They have cancelled my appointments multiple times in a row with not just one doctor, TWO doctors, only to then tell me there are no available appointments for another 3 months after waiting 3 months for the ones they cancelled. It’s incredibly frustrating to wait that long for care, especially after cancellations that were completely out of my control.
