Super responsive and outstanding with communication. They replaced a piece of siding on our house, and you can’t tell where because the work was so seamless. They researched for quite a while to ensure the match was perfect. Highly recommend and will use again.
During the Bomb cyclone storm the tide came in with rushing water that flooded our basement. I called clean pro and talked to Noah who came down and gave me a fantastic quote on the demolition job to get rid of the water damage. He had two guys start that day , with 4 rooms of demolition the job was done in 3 days I can’t thank clean pro enough,

Very Bad Experience with Clean Pro!! Had been using their services for 2+ years, at the end of summer 2016 between house renters, they never showed up to clean. They had our printed schedule of times needed. We could not reach them even though we called many, many times and told answering service it was an urgent matter--Never a call back. Finally found another service in Gloucester who were great and very responsive. Went to office and asked for call from owner; Never even a call or an apology. Very bad customer service.
I can't say enough good things about clean pro!!!! We have white carpets and they dirty very easily! Every year when they clean pro comes they make the rugs LOOK LIKE NEW!!! I had them come today a clean my two vintage sofas and they did the most fabulous job!!! It is such a great value for the amount of attention to detail they put into the job! It really makes you feel like they love the things in your home as much as you do! THANKS CLEAN PRO! I am super grateful!
