CleanPro asked me several times to remove a negative review after they never showed up or even called for an appointment at the home of an elderly relative. I did this, and we rebooked the appointment for today. Again, no -one showed up or even bothered to call. These people are dreadful. Would never recommend.
RecommendedCleanpro did an outstanding job on my newly renovated apartment! They were reliable and a pleasure to set up the appointment with. Very fast response too. I can highly recommend them! The whole place sparkled!

I want to give a 5/5***** shout out to the CleanPro crew. Our dryer vent detached after some recent renovation work, of which we weren’t aware. We knew our dryer vent needed a clean out but had no idea that recent exterior painting of our condo sealed the vent shut - a major fire hazard! The CleanPro crew checked everything from the dryer to the exterior, replacing parts and even took the font off our dryer, cleaned it inside, then replaced it. CleanPro saved the day! When I arrived to work this morning I noticed a few inches of water in the basement at the pump had stopped working last night. Paulo from cleanpro was here in record time knew exactly what to do, was a true professional and clearly a master of his craft. Hopefully I don’t need to make a panic call to them any time soon. But I assure you if you do, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks CleanPro !!
