All of our meat is fresh, aged top grade of choice quality selected meat. The Ribeye cut is our signature steak and is cut to order off of our Ribeye loins. We also offer NY Strip steak and Tenderloin (Filets) steak. Both of these items are also cut directly off of the loins prior to cooking. My wife and I had dinner there for the first time recently. Turned out to be the best steak I've had in a long time, tasted like I just pulled it off my old fashioned charcoal grill and didn't over cook it while watching the game.
We've been several times now and service is good but food is awesome!
Wow! Great salad bar selection and fresh ingredients cooked perfectly! Fantastic people, fantastic food and fantastic atmosphere!
