All of our meat is fresh, aged top grade of choice quality selected meat. The Ribeye cut is our signature steak and is cut to order off of our Ribeye loins. We also offer NY Strip steak and Tenderloin (Filets) steak. Both of these items are also cut directly off of the loins prior to cooking. Tried it for the first time back on Mother's day weekend 2016. Went back on Father's day, my birthday and my wife's birthday. Now we go at least once a month. (Last night was our latest) Food and service is amazing. Truly our (entire family) favorite place to eat.
