All of our meat is fresh, aged top grade of choice quality selected meat. The Ribeye cut is our signature steak and is cut to order off of our Ribeye loins. We also offer NY Strip steak and Tenderloin (Filets) steak. Both of these items are also cut directly off of the loins prior to cooking. My wife and I tried Clayton Steakhouse for the first time this past weekend. The food was great! Everything we got from the steak, to dessert, to her drink was delicious. It was nice to get good food and not have to travel a long distance. We will definitely be going back!
