They knew just how to handle my cat! He stayed calm and was surprisingly cooperative the entire time, even while he got his rabies vaccine. The vet answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure my fuzzy best friend was happy and healthy. The booking process was quick and easy, the people at the reception desk made the whole process smooth and seamless from check-in to payment. 10/10 will be visiting again!
So yesterday morning I took my cat in to get her vaccine and the lady behind counter told me the price and it was 160 dollars then they said that she needed a booster and they wanted me to pay some more money that I did not have but the guy that did the vaccine did very well but I am upset with the lady behind counter 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I mean wjy should my cat be tortured with another needle can’t the clinic leave my cat alone
Every time I come to this clinic I leave with the overwhelming feeling that me and my girl have been well taken care of. From the very minute we walk in and through to the end, everyone is kind and friendly. They always take the time to understand our needs, do what they can, and explain everything as we go along. I feel like the staff really cares and I appreciate it more and more every time.
