We were there today with our daughter to have their team help with with what would be an eventual orthodontics plan. Nice people, clean office. Through friendly conversation Dr. Roth learned that our daughter was working to raise money for Terry Fox. On our way out Dr. Roth graciously came and gave a donation to her cause. It showed his and their teams level of care.

The staff are professional, patient, kind and understanding. Dr Roth has a kind heart and goes above and beyond to make sure the kids are comfortable in their braces. Front staff always greets you with a smile and words of encouragement. Couldn’t have been picked a better orthodontic office to work with.
My experience with Clayton Orthodontics' customer service and accounting department was highly disappointing. Despite having dual insurance coverage, they failed to efficiently coordinate my benefits, resulting in a $3000 loss. Two years into treatment, I discovered unclaimed benefits because they didn't properly handle my insurance coverage.
