Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I was told that a pair of glasses that had a broken frame was not repairable and not possible to even get a new frame, I took the glasses to Walmart and they repaired the frame in 15 minute... read more
