Did the staff keep the temperature in the waiting room pleasant? Yes Did the waiting room furniture appear to be clean? Yes Does the provider's staff try to accomodate your schedule when booking appointments Yes Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this provider treat every client equally?
