RecommendedMark Lily is very personable and was very helpful. We are buying in North Carolina but were passing by and asked if we could look around at different floor plans. Mark took time out to make us feel very welcome and show us around even though he knew he wasn't getting a sale from it. That just shows the integrity and great character that he has.
My neighbor had a new home set up last spring. The lot was cleared but downed trees left in the back along the perimeter and in a neighborhood drainage ditch. They knocked street signs over when delivered and never fixed. Very unprofessional.
Awesome experience and very helpful staff (Elsie). I would love to work in this location with a great atmosphere. Very knowledgeable with excellent options. Very nice homes.
Lazy unprofessional staff that only acts like they care until they make the sale. Once they get their money they check out entirely. Do yourself a favor and buy from anyone else.
Clayton Homes was a great environment from start to finish. Very pleasant workers on the phone and in the office. I will be looking forward to working with them very soon!!
I personally am pleased with the amount of professionalism I received when considering Clayton homes as an option in my housing search. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. And although I did not go with Clayton due to a few personal discrepancies, I would recommend them to whomever is looking to purchase! They are beyond willing to workout the kinks with you. Don’t give up! 😊
