I purchased my home in 2007 , built & bought brand new , with in the first year they had to repair leaks , & other soft spots in the ceilings that popped up , & with in the first five years I've had to replace all of my floors , all of my appliances , my roof , I had to gut & redo an entire room , replace ceiling fans , door knobs , light fixtures & so much more , & I know things aren't perfect & don't last forever but not even living in it for 10 years yet & having to replace so much with in the first 5 years is kind of sad... read more
We have been displaced from the flood. As soon as we arrived the people were amazing especially the manager Shaun did everything to make us comfortable and was very nice and exceptional above and beyond anything we could of asked for. Thanks for the amazing Service and hope to do more in the future
We shopped other dealers and Clayton Homes was the best. Mr. Shane is the best, he's straight forward. Answers all questions, he didn't pressure us no harassing phone calls. We found our home just waiting to finalize everything. I highly recommend Clayton Homes if ur in the market of buying a mobile home.
My husband and I purchased a home 3 years ago from Clayton in hammond and this past August we lost it in the flood. Mrs.Lydia at Clayton has been so helpful through this whole process, she's stayed after hours to help us and called us on weekends to check in and even helped us to upgrade to a bigger home this time! We are forever grateful to everyone at clayton for taking care of us and making us feel at home!!
My dad house flooded in August. He went to buy a home from here. They told him they were delivering it today. So he missed work cause he needed to be there. Can u imagine these ppl did not deliver they trailer like promised. They didnt even have the nerve to call and tell him it wasnt being delivered. He still hasnt gotten a call of when they r delivering it. He's gettin the run around. That is crappy service. And its b.s.
Clayton is a great company with wonderful customer service even after the sale!
My husband and I came here after we've been to 2 other manufactured home businesses, including the one next door to them. After searching, traveling, and seeing all the floor plans and what they had to offer, the safety (go green) of their homes, we decided to come to them! They are great! Wonderful service with Mrs. Pam and all of her other coworkers! Everyone love our kids and us and gave us the comfort and space to find just what we wanted! Thankyou all for your wonderful service!
