My husband and I purchased our home from Clayton after the flood. Our emotions were thru the roof from losing all our home and most of our belongings. We were treated with true genuine care and concern from the moment we arrived. Our home is well built and beautiful. Our experience is one that I would say comforted us in a time of dismay! I couldn't believe how beautiful these homes are
Very disappointed in the customer/repair service with Clayton Homes of Hammond. We have been in our house for a month and have had nothing but issues with them including our home. Our sinks have been leaking since the day we moved in and they have sent their guys out here 5 times to “fix” them and they are still leaking a month later! Also our beams in the house were sagging in the ceiling and they came to fix it and did nothing but butcher it!
