5 Stars Clayton is dedicated to giving customers exactly what they want. Service here is fantastic.
Everything is this mobile home is made from poor quality cheap materiel. The customer service is hands down the worst I’ve seen. Got leaks in the hood vent above the stove and all around the exhaust fans throughout the house. Leaking through roof. And still can’t get a soul out here to fix it. Constantly having to “reschedule”. I would’ve been better off living out a cardboard box than a trailer from Clayton homes. Take your money to someone else.
Great selection of homes and the staff is amazing!! Mrs Lydia Robertson is the best. She is working with us in all aspects and we are truly blessed to be a part of the Clayton Homes.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Working with Clayton Homes of Hammond has been the best decision we made. Juan Torres was the best person to work with. He always made sure we had what we needed at all times. Every time we called or went in, he was always jumping on the opportunity to help us when we needed to. We got Luke and he was super nice. He took us to see the places that were on sale, beautiful places! and really good piece. But sadly we are not going down that road anymore, we went to tell him and I love how he acted. He wanted to help us in every way he could, told us about some house that was a good price. If yall want a really good trailer come here and ask for Luke. He was nice and helpful, did everything he could. Worked really hard, even after we told him we weren't getting one.
I highly recommend Clayton Homes in Hammond, LA. I have visited this lot and spent about an hour with Shane, the general manager. I was very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the Clayton Homes.
