We had a great experience at the Oakwood Homes in Greensboro. Billy Peeples was able to answer all of our questions and the customer service was excellent. Would definitely recommend to all of my friends and family looking for a home.
My husband and I had a great experience working with the folks down at Oakwood Homes. Their customer service is superb. It is so nice to feel valued as a customer. I would definitely recommend these guys!
All three of the people was in contact with were ignorant and rude.
Not sure how they got a 5 star customer rating, I guess everyone didn't vote, if they did more like 2 stars. The Winston-Salem office which is out of business was absolutely awful. Never kept their word on coming back to fix anything, if you are dumb enough to buy get everything in writing because that we want your business crap is done when the paperwork is signed. Especially the landscape stuff and the interior cosmetics. Buyer Beware!
I bought a home 2 years ago and still have not yet have all the problems fixed yet. Cracks in the wall carpet not put together correctly. They did come and fix some holes in the wall but have not painted over it!! I call and remind them and wait.
