RecommendedKevin Baker is who you want to work with when you go in. we have not purchased anything yet, we just started the process, however, Kevin made us feel more than comfortable with the whole process, even with us wanting to trade in our home. He is very genuine and you can tell he is willing to go above and beyond for his customers. I feel encouraged that this process will be smooth. overall we had a good experience with oakwood, however we've had to replace shingles on our roof 3 times now from just normal thunderstorms blowing them off, come to find out they did not nail in half of the shingles on our roof, this roof was supposed to be guaranteed 20 years, probably wont even get 5 out of it
Best experience we’ve had house buying. The representative Kevin was fantastic! He focused in on what we were looking for and walked us through any house that he felt we’d like to see. He actually took notes down on each thing we liked and didn’t like for each house. Very informative about the features and build of each house. We never felt the least bit pressured! Truly a great experience and highly recommended!!
Kevin is the most amazing sales person there... and is making sure everything goes smoothly and quickly to get us in our first home...I will definitely recommend EVERYONE I know to them....I can't wait to move in to our home very soon...
Been to a bunch pf places and service was kinda help yourself. This place took care us us and and went out of there way to make us feel comfortable and answer any and all questions we had or might have had. My husband are I were in Greensboro in a time crunch to find a new home. Although we went in a different direction it was only because of our limited time we didn't buy a modular from Mr. Kevin Baker. He was attentive, sweet, knowledgeable, friendly....I can't say enough good things about him or his salesmanship. And No, I am NOT related. The Modulars are beautiful! BIG AND BEAUTIFUL!
