Saturday was our first time here. We had just left from a place that we really wanted to buy a mod/doublewide at. The service at that place was terrible. We went in to Oakwood and looked around for about an hour. My wife and I already knew what we were looking for. Billy was the person that greated us in and immediately asked for us to sit down and talk. Super good salesman. He listened to me and he listened to what I wanted to spend and made it happen. Can't wait to put our new doublewide on our land. Thank you Billy!
Scam artists tell you a price one day. Then the next give u different number. Said 50 thousand for set up. Know that's a lie called other places and was told that was bs. Dont waste your time on them. Which I could put zero stars. And will be contracting bbb.
