I was looking for a new home had . Been just all over the Monroe area me and my daughter but the we went to Clayton Homes of Monroe and came in contact with Stephanie the best person salesperson. I bought my first new home from Stephanie at Clayton Homes of Monroe. So if you are looking for a new home go see Stephanie.
It's not worth the headache buying from them they tell you what you want to hear then stick you with a home that's full of problems I will never buy anything from them again
Very disappointed! We bought a 2016 Breeze 2, very poorly manufactured. The fix to this company is fill holes with putty and stain over. Well for a brand new double wide there should be no excessive holes anywhere!! Road damage is one thing, this is just ridiculous. There are gaps and holes all over the place. We bought a brand new home Not A Fixer Upper!!! Would never dream of giving a recommendation
Has to be the worst service I have ever encountered. The salesmen will tell you what you want to hear until you are in the home. After in the home your salesmen has nothing to do with you unless you call them persistently. I do not recommend Clayton homes or their services
So far Clayton Homes has made our experience worthwhile. From beginning to end during the approval process to the closing process they worked hard to get us in the house we could afford and that we was satisfied with. Thanks again, Stephanie Beach and team!!! #100%Real
Good people well built homes. Go see Clay and the gang for a quality home at a fair price. Excellent service dept, Eddie is the best.
