we have been in our home over 4 months took 3 months to get skirting. alot of issues with the trailer took forever to get someone to fix them still waiting on them to come fix the cracks in the ceiling. the people they send out are not certified. never got a welcome home package. for this to be our 1st home it should have a better experience.

The best service you could ask for, until all of our paperwork was signed! After that we couldn’t get any help fixing things or even get our calls returned. Finally got them to our home 2 times to get something fixed that they promised from the beginning to repair but the second problem never got fixed. They didn’t want to be held “reliable “that was after I made two separate phone calls to the main office in Tennessee! Would not recommend this place to anyone.... go to Tilleys in Bossier!
