Great company to work with and easy to deal with.
The customer service is terrible. They say they are going to send out a repair man to fix the issues we documented when we first got the trailer. They are still not fixed and it's been almost a year. Also, the "maintenance guy" doesn't show up on the day they have him scheduled to without notifying us that he is not coming ahead of time. My fiancée has lost days of work because of this issue.
When I began searching for a new home I visited a number of dealers in the Monroe area. When I eventually arrived at Clayton Homes and talked with Brock Halford I found the service I needed and desired. Brock*s expertise and knowledge surpassed all others and gave me the answers I needed. His knowledge, understanding and ability to answer inquiries was excellent and knowledgeable. My wife and I were looking for a double wide to put on our land and we check out different places , then we found Clayton Homes in monroe and the folks that work there to start off are great they make you feel important and they go that extra mile to do for you , the man that worked with me was Chad And after we found what we wanted chad and the folks he works at Clayton made sure that we got what we wanted and of course the ole saying goes if Moma ain't happy nobody is and folks MOMA'S Happy Happy Happy
Excellent customer service from the entire staff
Clayton Homes made our buying experience a great one. They told us the ups and downs of the home buying process before hand. Whenever we had a concern they came out promptly and took care of any problems that we had. Our salesman Chad Bearden and the Clayton Homes stuff made the buying process easier and was their with us every step of the way. I would certainly recommend Clayton Homes to anyone who is looking to buy a home.
