Bait & switch! False advertising. Four hour run around and they didn't even give me the gift card their advertisement promoted just for showing up for their super Saturday sales event. Sales staff is ignorant of their own policies and products. I can't even begin to describe my frustration with this company. I bought a 2018 VW Tiguan brand new. I should have know having this car was going to be an issue from day one just by the service alone. The car has been in multiple times (about 15-20) for things as minor as a windshield washer fluid leak to the AC not working to the ACC stopping my car thinking I'm about to hit something even with nothing there.
