One star is way too much for them. Horrible sales team and manager who would lie and do literally anything to get you to sign a lease and then never deliver their promises. Even during the leasing process their finance and accounting reps were short with me, very rude and lacked some basic customer service skills. Bait & switch! False advertising. Four hour run around and they didn't even give me the gift card their advertisement promoted just for showing up for their super Saturday sales event. Sales staff is ignorant of their own policies and products. Sales manager called me a liar and ushered me out the door so I wouldn't "upset the other customers" with how upset I was after four hours waisted on a Saturday afternoon with nothing to show for it. I can't even begin to describe my frustration with this company. I bought a 2018 VW Tiguan brand new. I should have know having this car was going to be an issue from day one just by the service alone. The car has been in multiple times (about 15-20) for things as minor as a windshield washer fluid leak to the AC not working to the ACC stopping my car thinking I'm about to hit something even with nothing there.
