I purchased my Tiguan Volkswagen 2023 in March of 2023 with 9 miles on it. Im very disappointed with my purchase. I came for my last oil change December 2024 and since Feb 2023 i have had oil leaks, timing cover gas leaks, cam shaft sensors going out, evaporated sensors, now my car today went limp and the engine wouldnt go over 3000rpm. Im very disappointed for the amount i pay a month and now Im going to have to repo or do something else since this car is constant problems

Customer bought this new from us in March of 2023. She has brought here once for an oil change. Service looked and she has over 70k miles on it in a little over 2 years. There's nothing we have done wrong and she's been out of warranty almost 30k miles. She has more than doubled the normal mileage per year which can cause accelerated wear and tear. This is a manufacturer issue,not a dealership issue.Respectfully,
I have been trying to get my easy care plan money back after I sold my car that I originally bought from Clay **** Richardson Volkswagen and its been seven months and no one will return my call.They dont care.
I went in to get a car everything went well except my cosigner didn't want to go thru with the deal I had already paid a 500 dollar down payment and wanted to get a refund for my down payment and for that I was talked to in an unwelcoming tone and I was treated as if I was dumb there was the financer **** and his director *** who made me feel as if I was in the wrong for wanting the refund back I was even told by another employee that **** is a "jerk" when it comes to things like this. Wanted me to pay extra for Homelink when Car supposed to come with it. I saw a car in the showroom and liked it and wanted to order the same car with bigger tires and different type of seats and color when I got it in they said that my home link is supposed to be the top of the line just like the car and I could get it online, now they say my car doesnt have it and I also dont have a home link on my mirror . This dealer was horrible with the paperwork when o got a used vehicle there in March. They put the wrong make and model on all the paperwork and I didn't notice until next day and went back up there to fixand they refused. They would not respond to any phone calls or email. They simply said this is how it appears in our system and since the *** was correct it was ok. This is wrong and they treated me like I was the bad guy when I wanted it fixed! Absolutely terrible experience. I went in to get the purchase agreement for the lease buyout on my car (it is mandatory to go in now). I was extremely direct in what I needed so I don't waste anyone's time as they don't make any money on the process. What I was then told was that they "had to" add on $1,000 to my buyout. The first reason? A "convenience fee" to purchase the rest of my lease from VW Credit while they wait for my bank to reimburse them. I went in to Clay cooley because they were the only ones who had the car my son wanted after looking for over a week. We were trading in his truck and taking out some of the equity in the truck for a few things. We went back and forth with them because the offer was less that Carmax and because they did not cut the check on the spot. The sales person, Zarina, told us it would only be 2-3 weeks for us to get the funds so we decided to just do it for the convienence. One star is way too much for them. Horrible sales team and manager who would lie and do literally anything to get you to sign a lease and then never deliver their promises. Even during the leasing process their finance and accounting reps were short with me, very rude and lacked some basic customer service skills. I am still, after 3 months, waiting to get a response on my situation and I will have to get legal action against them.
