Ly was very nice and worked hard to get Nissan to cover a repair for me because I was out of warranty but had been in three times prior for the same issue. They informed me of recall and checked that part for me and covered those cost. I was pleased with all parts of this repair.
Matt Robinson along with Jeff, and Alex of the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with my experience. They made the car buying process effortless and painless. I would recommend them as first choice, top of the line, if I ever need to shop again.

I AM REALLY GETTING FED UP WITH BEING HARRASED BY CLAY COOLEY NISSAN DEALERSHIPS. I HAVE REAPETEDLY ASKED AND TOLD THEM TO STOP CALLING ME. I HAVE ASKED NICELY 15 TIMES. I HAVE BEEN RUDE 15 TIMES. I HAVE IGNORED THEIR PHONE CALLS 50 TIMES. I HAVE BLOCKED THEIR PHONE NUMBERS AND THEY CALL FROM A DIFFERENT A NUMBER. THEY SAY THEY ARE TAKING ME OFF THEIR CALL LIST BUT I STILL RECEIVE CALLS. Not screw customers, hire honest sales and managers. This was by far the worst car buying experience I have every had..
There Fleet Services center is trash and they have know customer service. And laughed at me when I said tht it’s going to take thm 2-3 day’s before a tech is assigned to my vehicle but thy gone still want there carnote I wouldn’t recommend this company to no more people.
The GM (Brad) doesn't know what's going on in his own dealership and doesn't know how to resolve customer service issues favorably. The Finance Manager (Alex) has no oversight of the quality of the work for which his department is responsible, and when trying to resolve issues on the phone, just hangs up on you. The Service Department is the only department that helps, when they can, and are not burdened by the incompetence of the Finance Department and general management of the dealership.
