Janet Gonzales is the worst person I've ever dealt with. Janet lied to me so I would drive in from Hugo, Ok, then stole one of my truck keys. Never buy from Clay Cooley Auto Group or Janet Gonzales.!!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I PURCHASED A VEHICLE AND ALMOST LOST MY NURSING LICENSE. ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES LEFT A BAG OF MARIJUANA IN THE CAR I BOUGHT AND WHEN I INFORMED THE MANAGER ALVIN HE STATED THAT I WAS THE THIRD NOT FIRST BUT THIRD CUSTOMER TO COMPLAIN. Edit: Had to call the Chevy dealership next door and found out this Nissan dealership was sold sometime in the past month. I also found out THEY DIDN'T EVEN SEND MY STUFF TO THE STATE FOR MY PLATES!!! The lady I talked to is now trying to find out if they even did an inspection on the truck because the inspection information isn't in the file. Horrible management, worst experience. I was financed already through auto navigator according to the msro in cooleys own website, when I got there the price was much higher. I showed them on my laptop the price and they did not honor it. I didn’t even hassle to lower it. The manager called capital one in front of me and their own IT department to scream and ask how the price changed by the system then told me he will not budge, that is the price he shows on his own. Worst experience out of all Nissan dealerships. They misguide customers & no credibility for their word & totally deceptive sales representatives. Very disappointed and feels trapped.
In December of last year My Dad, Mom and I went to Clay Cooley Nissan to look at a slightly used Nissan Versa because I had just totaled my brand new 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 and unfortunately did not have rental on my insurance so I was without a car completely. Don’t recommend at all. Duncanville dealership is not trustworthy at all. Service has no experience at all. Had my car for 2 days for radio /navigation freezes up on screen. Re booted 3 times now. Still doing same situation.
