I rented a unit through Clay and please make sure you read everything. He will tell you your deposit is non-refundable but if it’s a deposit, by definition it is refundable, it’s not a fee which isn’t refundable! Moved in and it wasn’t cleaned, mold in closet, food and blood still in freezer and roaches everywhere! And since I was a woman I treated like I was stupid! I know how a microwave and GFI work. Clay has been one of the best landlords I’ve ever had. He’s such an open guy and is always willing to take time to actually come and get things done when they need to be! Renting with him has been such a blessing for our family.
