I have been a patient for over 10 years and today I was treated like a new patient. What’s the use of having years of history with a doctor if he is not willing to answer 3 questions about the long history of anxiety I have been treated for. He was very dismissive and rude causing me to have a panic attack. Not once did he ask if I was ok or tried to help me. Instead he called the ambulance to hurry and get me out of his office. I guess the only concern is billing my insurance.
Terrible primary care doctor and overall experience, have to call multiple times and speak to multiple different people for simple things like record requests and referrals. Customer service is nonexistent and the office is old and feels dirty.
Ver, good doctor..very thorough ,with empathy and superior care
