We had to replace our hardwood floors due to water damage from a leaking air conditioner. Classique was the recommended partner of our remediation general contractor and I couldn't have been happier with the results. Liz, the sales person was there to survey the damage very quickly. She understood what we needed and recommended a beautiful and very high quality Brazilian Cherry product from Kentwood and then managed to find stock on hand so that our downtime was minimized. I would give my experience with Classique Floors a 5 star for sure !! I just purchased a new home and had had new cherry harwood floors installed - That look AWESOME. I also had new carpet in the bedrooms, Liz worked with me to help me find softest carpet fo rme and my bare feet. They worked around my schedule and always left my house nice and clean. I will be back when I am ready for more !! Thank you Thank you !!

Working with Classique Floors has been my best consumer/construction experience to date. They are total pros in every way, from the salesroom to installation. I bought my beautiful porcelain tile for my entry/powder room and fireplace from them. Not only are they beautiful, but their installers are the best I've seen. Total jerks! The first time we were here a year ago they were really nice. Today we thought of them first and drove right there and were the only customers in the store. Received the worst, snotty customer service from a blonde in a black coat. Basically bad attitude and wrong information at the same time. Don't go!
